I'm not asking to have the same price. I'm asking not to have to pay 115 for factorio man. 40 for baldur's gate etc. this is why south america doesn't care about this site.

edit: idk why i made this thread. not like it's gonna change anything anyway... just wanna voice my frustration.

Factorio is 30 dollars USD, which in exchange (according to Google) is about 116 Brazil Real(s?). You are wanting a different lower price correct? Some people here want everyone to pay the same price throughout the world,[ because we are One People One Planet United in a Social Movement /jk]
Cries in Australian 10% Digital Tax.
Haha, cute.

*cries in German*
At least you get US price. Others pay up to 40% above. I think publishers set the price for each region, so you can complain to them I guess.

You guys got it wrong, I'm not complaining. I'm just saying why GOG lost the S. America market.

There is no reason to buy here, it's too expensive.

Please keep in mind that this is not the moment of complaining about regional pricing. GOG just announced the demise of fair price policy so that people in other region actually will pay far more for certain games than the base US$ price.
I dunno, maybe you have bigger things to worry about than the price of games, like asinine backwards backwoods policies towards imports.
I've become a regular customer of Steam nowadays since they're the only one I know who has a proper (as in not just converting USD to local currency) regional pricing.
But GOG is DRM free:)
Well if i got it right the average pay in Brazil is around 2200 BRL a month
and the rough exchange rate is 1/4.
Yeah i can see that frustation its like paying 40 EU for Diablo as a german that would be a no go .
They have already implemented regional pricing, so I really don't get why they don't extend it to ALL regions. They aren't doing anybody a favor, especially to themselves, since considering the price difference between GOG and other sellers there is really no match...
