Navagon: Looks like I killed the thread.
Clues:
it's a mix of C&C Generals gameplay with a Red Alert alternative WW2 setting. Only more steampunk than sci-fi and much more recent.
Its subtitle is the same as the title of a crappy Codemasters Unreal engined FPS released last year.

i don't remember the tile but i think i remember a bit of the plot, it had something to do with hitler succesfully invading britain and america and russia trying defeat him. there were also some weird units like combat robots.
