I woke up this morning with Ten Foot Pole - My Wall
that just made my weekend

This one hasn't seen some love for a good while, and I don't remember another thread like it. Thus I'm resurrecting it.
I ordered Bioshock 2 Special Edition, Spore Galactic Edition, Fallout 3 addon pack (The Pitt & Operation Anchorage), and one 2TB drive for a decent enough price (1777 SEK, or about 240 USD).
In the package I got though, were no less than two 2TB drives (in addition to the games). The pack listing only says 1 so someone made an error while putting the stuff in the box and I got only benefits from it.

I picked up the entire series of ER today....... :) for 20 bucks.... what little time I had for gaming is now reduced even further lol....

I ordered my class ring.

I logged into GOG 9 minutes too late to order the weekend promo last night and this afternoon I got another chance:)

I bought somebody a pizza. Well, it made me happy. ^_^

Nothing specific made me happy today (though I'm happy in general, anyway). However, discovering this site two days ago is still making me happy today. And the fact that Conquest of the New World is still as awesome as I remember is still making me happy today.
What can I say? I'm easy to please. :-)

Amazon UK just made me very happy today. Found a defect on 3rd DVD of the Ashes to Ashes series 3 set I'd purchased a couple of months ago. As the 30 day returns period had elapsed I asked them if I could still return it.
They told me not to bother returning it (due to shipping costs) and have sent a replacement free of charge =)

Damn, that's nice.
On a personal note, gaining / finishing all achievements for Starcraft 2's single player (including completing all missions on Brutal difficulty).

Well I was upset last night because my computer kept shutting itself down. I was lucky enough to be able to check the error log quickly before it shut down once, after letting it rest a bit, and saw that the video card was over heating and causing the shut down. I figured it must be a fan issue and I cracked the case and saw the fan hanging. After removing the card it looked like someone had physically ripped the fan off the mounting. I have never seen anything like this before. To the Happy part: I was able to upgrade my ATI 4870 to a Sapphire ATI 5670 for only $115.00. I could have found one cheaper online but I am back up and running and no shipping charges + the wait. ;-)

I spent all freaking day at work hiding in the HR office and playing games in my netbook.

I spit in a pizza.
I raped my enemies in Age of Empires 2.
I realized I'm lazy and need to do my homework tomorrow.

Yuck!
