penumbren: Check your account. It should be automatically added. It did show up on my confirmation email as another item when I bought Dreamfall: TLJ, but I didn't get a separate email just for M&B.

ETA: I snagged my free copy a few hours ago, and it took about half an hour to show up. I can only imagine that it might take longer now as more people are seeing the offer and the sale.

MarkoH01: Having played all three of them I can confirm this. They plan another game TLJ:Home after the full release of DFC which will conclude the story started in TLJ - this will be in a similar style as TLJ was. DFC mainly should be the conclusion to the Story started in DF (The Story of Zoe Castillo). In DFC there is a short recap of DF included since the newest patch which is also acvailable on youtube.
Well, I guess that DF1 will remain in a gift limbo for long until DF2 will be completed and will have good reviews :P

Yep. Last time they had a freebie during a sale I ended up not seeing mine for several hours because of the demand. Since you're seeing the "Share" buttons, your click/request did register and it should show up in time.

I just realized that they don't show the discounted prices in my wishlist. That is just stupid and bad PR or maybe I am just too stupid to change this?

I think that is just the base sale price, they'll drop lower if/when they go to a Flash sale.
