Stilton: Its a really bad time for a problem like that to hit because I (and a lot of other people) want to buy some games. Bad for us and GOG, too. But there's time still, so we'll see...
I see a couple of enticing games but no so enticing. That, plus the problems, are making me wait for a next round.

An 'A' for effort, I say!

I know, it's shameful.

But part of what makes the GOG forum so great is the high signal-to-noise ratio. So it feels bad bringing that down. :)

And the kind of happy folk who like having some fun while their PayPal accounts are misbehaving.

Is that really widespread? I wonder if it's just with GOG, then. I haven't bought anything on here for a while, as most of the Flash Deals are titles I already own.

I'm thinking it's with GOG. HumbleBundle handled my purchase earlier without issue.

Its global. More people with PP accounts are having problems than those who aren't, apparently. I've tried buying Syndicate Plus about six times in the last few hours and keep getting the 'Your bank is sulking/annoyed/asleep/on holiday' message.

Must be bad for GOG, too, just when they didn't need it.

Yep, it is a problem on GOG's end and they are investigating it according to Firek.

New UPDATE: Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when the issue will be resolved.

Here's the latest update, which unfortunately brings nth new to the table.
Would have made things interesting if this was an Insomnia Sale.
Anyone want to go to the pub?

Clearly your bank is part of a competing megacorp. ;)
