Second, any wish for religion to "die off" is unrelated to being an atheist. One one hand you could say atheists (along with the rest of the world) would benefit greatly by religion being downplayed, but on the other hand, there are so many ways for an atheist to prey on the religious it's just silly. Of course, if religious beliefs could've been defined to a certain degree of accuracy, it'd be another matter, but the way it is it's like stealing candy from a dead toddler - people will kill themselves for their god if properly motivated.
Let's say that when it comes to religion you have the following types: The +1's are those who believe in a god, the -1's are those who deny the existence of any god, and the 0's are those who don't care. Now, which one in this set {-1, 0, +1} is the atheist? None of them; the atheist is the empty set { } (or Ø if you like). The "religious value" of an atheist is neither -1 nor 0; it's NULL.
Not being able to prove god exists is no more supportive of the hypothesis that god does exists than not being able to prove the (non-)existence of the invisble pink unicorn, the flying spaghetti monster or any other "creation" that is described in a way that can't be defined in a non-contradictory way. The fact that there has been made labels for this particular family of unprovable hypothesis (aka religions) does not make it any different than any other.
I don't know how far back you'll have to go, but at some point in history nobody had any concept of what a vampire might be. Today you don't need searching the 'net for very long to find people who've made the idea of vampires so much a part of their "reality" that they drink each others' blood and/or think sunlight hurts them. If you ask people if they believe vampires exist, how many will refuse to answer until you've defined what a vampire is? And how many would've answered your question with a yes or a no (or I don't care) before the idea of vampires came around? Does this significant change in how people would reply to such a question make it more likely that vampires do exist?
But unicorns are magical - we're not simply talking about a horned horse here (that'd be a lame religion). They can use their magic to become invisble, like small, pink rootkits.

TB does NOT suffer fools gladly. His wife is his agent and not only runs his entire business but, from what I hear, she's a very able manager that has been pretty instrumental in increasing his success. I don't think a guy who is married to a woman that smart would have much respect for Dodger :)
And yep, she's a below-average gamer, IMO, that most of the time isn't particularly interesting either. Compare her to Necroscope. He's actually only an average gamer, but he's smart, funny and interesting to listen to. In his case, I don't care about his gaming skills as I just find him entertaining. Dodger, as nice as i do believe she is, doesn't have good gaming skills or anything that fascinating to say.
LOL, that was bugging me too. But........after I thought about the original poster's intentions with the use of the language, I decided he might be using it to include 'males' and 'females' that technically aren't 'men' and 'women' ........yet. So, I gave him the benefit of the doubt :)

Wow this thread has really derailed. But that's probably a good thing, because it was kind of a silly question, no offense ;)

Come to think of it, maybe they're RL friends? That would certainly explain things.

Atheism: I never get it why it always gets so heated debates in e.g. US, from both sides. I have both religious and atheist friends here, and I'm somewhere in between. I don't see them at each others' throats.
Females: I think they should be banned from this forum, as they may make our minds deviate away from gaming.

But you get religious nutters that aren't OK unless they're persecuting everybody else that isn't of the same mind. Then they complain about persecution when an institution is forced to stop engaging in religious activity.
