Two playthroughs of essentially the same sections by two different players, looks interesting, if you liked Heavy Rain, I think you will like this :

I have already preordered it at game.co.uk and avoid any trailer or let's play as much as possible. Cage doesn't excel at endings and romance plots but I really look forward to play it.

The absurd thing is that importing the special edition from UK, packing & shipping included, costs me less than buying the standard edition in any Czech store here. I would have to pay 50% more to get the same edition - always without shipping.

Well these are not spoilerific, it is interesing to see how a section played out, depending on how your character managed to evade or get caught instead.

I know :). I mean I doubt it will be longer than 10 hours, so I want to discover as much as possible by myself instead of watching others playing it. I usually do it when I'm undecided about purchase.

Same here in Ireland. Just got GTA V from amazon.co.uk for ~€48 inc. shipping - and that includes the fact that Amazon will charge me Irish tax rates. The stores here sell it for €70.

€70? I would have expected only 50 something, or was that the CE? I had to stop going to Gamestop for pre-orders and CE's, their prices were bonkers.

EG. I got this in Argos where it was €50 cheaper (€250)

€60 on gamestop.ie, and apparently €65 in store. So a slight exaggeration, but it's defintely €70 on the PSN.

Edit: Standard Edition

I bought Beyond CE for €47 + €3.50 shipping. If I didn't look abroad, my options would be standard €54 or CE for €69 *. I guess someone miscalculated VAT and expenses :).

* Oops, converting to euros isn't my strongest point.

Yeah - regional pricing sucks.

Sorry for derailing thread. Will get this game and Last of Us when I can pick them up for less than the price of two years' Netflix. Each.

Jesus, €70 for a Downloadable game, no box, manual, map, or 2 discs and the worst running version of the game >.< Must check Tesco's price they are usually sub €60.
What if I liked Farenheit but didn't like Heavy Rain?

Depends on what you liked/disliked bout either, I was referring to the controls using sixaxis features.

Farenheit's story at least started good, Heavy Rain's never captivated me and it only got worse as it went on, culminating with that reveal that I just could not stand.

Gameplay I guess was pretty much the same on both. Farenheit's "alternating L1 and R1" (I played it on PS2) became Heavy Rain's Sixaxis, both annoying but ultimately harmless, so I don't see an issue there.

Beyond should contain - to my disappointment - supernatural elements like Fahrenheit again. I don't really see much difference between Fahrenheit and Heavy Rain to be honest. Both were straightforward semi-personal stories including several protagonists affecting the badly written finale.
