It used to be like that, but I'm almost certain it isn't any more. The current algorithm is a mystery.

Another World lists Italian language support twice.
The second picture in Might and Magic 6-Pack shows Sword of Xeen in the lower right corner instead of Swords of Xeen.

According to my experience, you still get a rep point just for posting, but not for your first post on any given day. More like the 3rd or 4th one, I'm not sure, but I've just got a point for replying in the Rebellion promo thread (but I don't know how manyth post of mine that was for today).

Interesting. However, it might have been just someone giving you a plus. I have this habit deeply ingrained from Reddit, so I tend to do this a lot.

That WOULD be possible, but I've noticed this tendency for a number of days, and while it's theoretically possible that every single time someone gave me a point while I was typing a post, it's rather unlikely.

I think you're right, it looks like it takes 4 or 5 posts in the same day to get one rep point, although i think you can get more than one, maybe 2 or 3 i dunno, if you keep posting after that.

Threads are still disappearing for me. Any thread that I have as a favorite or that I have posted in is missing after logging out of my account. Firefox 3.6.10

A weird bug: the site occasionally says I'm offline, even though I'm very well logged in.
On the attached screenshot, you can see I'm logged in because I have all the options only available to logged in users, yet I'm indicated to be offline.

Thanks, what I mean by disappearing is the threads are gone completely after I log out. Threads are no longer on the forum page / pages . . . it's like they were deleted from the board. Shutting down the browser and opening the site again doesn't bring them back until the third or fourth try. They do show up again . . . even if I don't shut the browser down . . but it takes ten minutes or more before they magically reappear . . . =)

Next time that happens try going into 'my settings' and change the # of threads per page to see if that gets them back .

The stickied posts definitely have something to do with missing threads. There used to be 6 threads missing between page 1 and 2, and now that there are only 5 stickied posts there are only 5 missing threads.

While on the topic of missing threads...
I don't know if it's a bug or what, and if it's the only instance of this, but the Empire Earth forum only has two pages, with threads starting at 15 January 2010, while I know there are threads with last posts older than that. One example I know about for sure is my review of the game, which is from 24 July 2009, and, since reviews without comments now count as 1-reply threads, should register on the boards (like others do).

You could be on to something . Last time i had threads missing on me they were just regular threads (no replies, no quotes, not 'favourited') and it definitely happened to more than one at the same time, although i'm not sure of exactly how many were missing. I'll definitely count the missing ones next time around to check if there's a relation, but it looks like that could be it.
