iippo: Thats actually probably the biggest thing i dont understand.
Does anyone feel down if their neighbour uses IDDQD while playing Doom? Sure D3 is multiplayer (IF you want to play it that way) ...but at the end of the day D1-D3 are all pretty much "individual sports" really.
I just dont understand why people care about it so much in the first place
No, as long as the economy is shared people feel that it matters and well while I agree with them in theory it didn't bother me as I didn't really play that serious, only a few weeks with some friends.
Regarding sales of Diablo 3, I read it was after 2 weeks only 1 million copies that were given from WoW subscription while they actually sold at least 5 million copies. I'll return with source as soon as I find it.
Diablo III Wikipedia Activision Blizzard reported that Diablo III had broken the one-day PC sales records, accumulating over 3.5 million sales in the first 24 hours after release and over 6.3 million sales in its first week, including the 1.2 million people who obtained Diablo III through the World of Warcraft annual pass.
As of the end of 2012, it had sold more than 12 million copies.
