Delixe: Well they have published games before and the BBC are not stupid enough to ignore potential revenue. It's likely they will be free in the UK but everywhere else will have to buy it.
As long as its relatively cheap, drm light or free and available worldwide the same day its out in the UK

You know that you can change control schemes between screen relative and character relative don't you? In character relative he controls much like any other 3rd person game though still rather stiffly, it was the 3d transitional era, all games had shit controls.
