I say, it's not very gentlemanly to portray the man in his full English language amateurship. The man may not be the most reliable on Earth, but everyone deserves a fair trial.

It is not a portray, because this are his anwsers. Any corrections would be an interpretation and that would not be fair and correct. He really should take more time to answer the questions better, but this crazy answers are really not the fault of the interviewer.

No, it's the correct way. Any other correction from the interviewer could be count as subjective interpretation. If Kolbe isn't able to find a decent English writer, it's his own fault.
BTW, Jens Kort sent me another email. He told me Jochen just called him and asked for cooperation. He declined it.

Should I take the call?

That would be a bit too much in my opinion. Jochen has enough trouble as it is, and I'm sure the law department of an organisation as big as the WWF would tear him a new one. Making fun of him is one thing, but actively throwing him to the wolves takes it too far.

For the language: As it has already been said, it's his fault when he doesn't get someone with better english to write the answers for him. Why IS he even answering to all the questions over and over again? It's not that he's helping himself by repeating all his naive childish and unprofessional stuff all over and over again... :(
PLUS, he published his email conversations with the publishers there... while they TOO only show his incompetence... OMG OMG OMG... i really don't know if i should laugh or cry over him... ^^

And no one knows for sure if he correctly splits the money and so on... He even admitted that all the money goes into a private PayPal account first... Could be better to prevent him from doing such business again. Could be better for him and his family, too, as he seems to be totally unprofessional with everything related to what he does...

I think I'll just write him:
"Thanks for your answer but I prefer to stay via email since I don't want to get involved in it. I volunteered in an English Community to ask you if WWF knew of Jochen Kolbe's project or not."

To be honest, if Jochen really gets through on his attempts at sueing you, a WWF lawyer would really come in handy ;)
But if I were you I wouldn't get so much involved, his deeds and his project are already collapsing under his feet.

You can send him the links to both interviews, Jochens page and maybe the indiegame article. I think that's enough, because more you can't tell him. A call will force you to give your interpretation, but this is not necessary. Especially Jochens answers in the last interview shows how he interprets his acting and the rights of others.
