I already know about the Diablos and Nethack. Are there any others out there? Can they be released on here?
Sacred?
There's Angband and all the variants.
Sacred is here on GOG.
Titan Quest is still out on other DD services. As well as the recent Torchlight.
If you're not afraid of ASCII, give ADoM a try.
Wizard's Lair
Here's a little list from Abandonia Reloaded (freeware games site).
Ancient Domains of Mystery
Doom: The Roguelike
Lost Labyrinth
Nethack
Tales of Middle Earth
ZangbandTK
Dwarf Fortress. Each set of links is for Windows / Mac / Small version (no music).
Vulture's Eye/Claw roguelikes are awesome! Not only do they use tileset graphics instead of ASCII but they run just fine in a Windows environment!
Download the Windows executables here : http://github.com/clivecrous/vultures/downloads
Even though it's a puzzle game:
Deadly Rooms of Death (Architect Edition)

Dungeon Crawl is good. Original isn't updated anymore, so I linked this stone soup version. It has ASCII and tile-graphics versions. You can find tile- and ASCII-versions for OSX and Windows from that site, ASCII for DOS and sources for Linux/BSD.
Not really a GOG-able game, but I have to give a shout-out to Shiren the Wanderer (originally for Super Famicom, more recently rereleased on DS, with a Wii sequel that came out a week ago). Being a console game, it's heavily stripped down as roguelikes go, with only a handful of verbs and item types, but it plays marvelously--plus, with the SNES JRPG aesthetic, it's easier on the eyes than the typical roguelike. If you have a DS, I can't recommend it enough.
On the PC side of things, Dungeon Crawl feels like one of the easier ones to dive into.

This, get Shiren if you have a Nintendo DS. I picked it up on impulse and couldn't put it down for a couple of months. You even have a system that allows for one of your buddies to rescue you online.
Other than that get Diablo 2, is the king of commercial roguelikes, be prepared to get hooked on it. Fishymancers are fun.
Daggerfall. Best 1st-person roguelike ever. And it's free on Bethesda's site.
You should try Castle of Winds - it's freeware. I'm surprised no-one recommended it yet since it's quite a fun game:

ACII game
Incursion here
The best rougelike for character design. based on a heavily modified D&D 3rd ed, system.
I really love this game.
And there is Elona
Which is very hard and very quirky. Has a nice open feel to it.
Both are free.
