madth3: I read that somewhere but I don't think that is how it works, at least these days.
I bought the lower tier of the current Book Bundle and decided to BTA after seeing the additions. I had to beat the current average and not the original one.
Strange. I tried it 1 week ago with the Humble Indie Bundle 13 and I only had to pay the original BTA.
I just noticed that there is a Blackguards 2 coming next year. I can only wonder how much it will be here, HB want only £19 for it.

Mmm. I'll have to try it again to make sure I did not make a mistake...

Isn't there a game with that name? I recall something like that...

Indeed.

Take note of the second selling point of the game.

yyahoo: Not that it matters, but Blackguards wasn't actually in the Mutator promo. It was offered on the Weekend Sale after (and partially during) the Mutator sale.

It was $11.29 for me on that GOG sale. I almost bought it, but then reconsidered, thinking about how much I had spent on the Mutator Promo. At this point, I'm kinda glad I did too, seeing as I just got Blackguards, DRM-free in this Humble Bundle for $5.29, plus whatever else I didn't already have...

katya_stevens: Whoops. Okay, yeah, that makes a lot more sense. I got a few bonus items buying on the weekend promo but seeing as I have ETS2 and SR4 already it balances out a lot more for me.
I already have SR4 and ETS2 as well, but I still feel like I came out ahead going BTA.

The SR4 deal in this Bundle really doesn't seem that great considering SR4 "Game of the Century" Edition was just on sale a couple weeks ago on Steam for $10.19. I can't imagine we won't see it again for that price or cheaper in the next month and a half...

Apparently, yes. I didn't know that Hitchcock made a film of it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Here is another Insurgency link :)

Sorry GOG, but Blackguards was too tempting. Tesla I aldready bought last week, so here you got my money ;-) For everyone who is interested in the bundle be aware that all games don't have the DLCs and you need to buy them in the shop, so calculate wisely.

And another key to give away. Kind of sucks to do that to get another drm-free game, otherwise I wouldn't do it.

Edit: All gifts gone and at least one redeemed on steam, which means Full Mojo Rampage unlocked. Very nice, thanks ;-)

katya_stevens: (If you're not aware of this, e.g. pay a dollar now. BTA is fixed at $5.30. Next Tuesday you'll only have to pay $4.30 to unlock the tier 2 games. Doesn't matter if the BTA price is $10 when you go to increase your payment, you'll only need to make up to your original BTA price.)

I just went and checked on the Indie 13 bundle. I got myself an extra copy of Teleglitch by accident (due to not realising that buying the bundle would get me a copy anyway). The lone free order with Teleglitch on it tells me to pay above $5.95 to get the BTA games, while the stats at the bottom is telling me the average purchase was $7.48.

(I would say I'll check on this one, but my BTA is $5.51 and the bundle average doesn't seem to want to move much beyond $5.29 currently. Odds are it won't go over my BTA until I wake up tomorrow morning.)
At first I was like, yay Saint's Row 4... and then... fixed price... :/ maybe next time.
But overall, good bundle.
I don't really want any of the games, but I'm tempted to buy this just to give Tesla Effect away (I already have it thanks to being a backer).
