real.geizterfahr: Okay, so lets get this clear... I have the base game, Mindgames, the Gold Edition Upgrade and Pilgrim. At least that's what I can download from my shelf when I click on the box (which says "+3 DLC"). Trying to buy Juggernaut, I get the "Juggernaut is already included in Sword of the Stars: The Pit Gold Edition". What does that mean now? Is Juggernaut included in the Gold Edition download? Or should it be a seperate item (which I don't have - did an account refresh just to be sure)?

I'm confused oO
Do you have the Gold Edition bundle, or did you buy the base game and then the DLCs , one by one?

Hmm, is it handled differently in this case? I bought the Gold Edition after purchasing the base game and other DLC's.
Wondering if I need to buy the Juggernaut DLC or not :)
And this is what DLC hell looks like. Why larger expansion packs are better.

Yeah, this.

I'm pretty bummed. I would actually spend the $2 for the DLC if I could, but the site won't let me. Do I re-download Gold? And if so, do I have to re-install the other DLCs? How do I get the Juggernaut content?

What a clusterfrick.

I'm not receiving that message when I go to the checkout screen. I'm pretty sure I purchased every piece of DLC for SOTSTP separately.

Here is the weird thing, at least for me. I have purchased Sword of the Stars: The Pit (base game), Mindgames and Gold Edition upgrade separately. The Gold Edition bundle is still shown as not being owned by me, even if its description indicates that it contains nothing more than the aforementioned items. If I try to buy the Gold Edition bundle on its own, I'm being warned on checkout that I already own everything in it and won't be getting a giftcode, if I purchase it. If I try to add Juggernaut on its own, I'm not being warned of anything. If, on the other hand, I add both the Gold Edition bundle and the Juggernaut together, I get no warning that I own everything from the Gold Edition bundle, but I do get the warning that the Gold Edition contains Juggernaut already.

GOG dropped the ball on this one.

Have you tried to refresh your account?

Neither did I when I bought it Saturday.
I think the others are right, if you own GOLD version you got it, else you have to pay.

This really needs to be looked at. GOG and Kerberos Productions need to throw us a bone with these two versions crap. Just mesh the entire thing into one, these extra DLC are getting a little out of hand.

Eep. I suppose I'll hold off for a while and see if things get sorted out. Bit of a mess.

The system distinguishes between the Gold Edition as a whole and the components of the Gold Edition; owning all of the components of the Gold Edition does not actually show the Gold Edition itself as being owned.

You won't see the Juggernaut message if you only bought the components, because the system doesn't have any reason to think it's part of something you own (it's not associated to the Gold Edition Upgrade, only the Gold Edition itself).

Just did... and Juggernaut vanished off my shelf.

It then became purchasable. So I bought it.

It now shows up as a +1 on my Pit title as a DLC.

And still gives an "unable to fetch" error when I try to download it.

Sigh...
Would love for a Blue to see this and comment without me having to send in a support ticket. They have to be aware there is an issue.

That is completely absurd though. The Original game and the Gold Edition upgrade should be equal to the Gold Edition. If you go to the Gold Edition game card, it doesn't say that it includes anything that the Original plus the Gold Edition upgrade does. I know this is an obvious statement, but something is royally screwed up. If anything, the fact that no "blue" has come into this thread to straighten things out just goes to show that it's likely true that *no one* knows how things are supposed to be at this point in time... :/

Agreed, the game card for the Gold Edition shows NO DLC's available, whereas the standard edition shows ALL of them including Pilgrim and Juggernaut. VERY screwed up, hope it gets sorted soon. :|

I bought the Gold Edition (not the upgrade) and the Pilgrim DLC.
