t0nedude: Came back to this topic to see if any headway had been made or new advice. I posted in the SOTS forum about having the same sort of issue and was directed to this thread a couple of weeks ago.
I noted in my original thread that I was concerned I bought DLC (Juggernaut) that I couldn't play (base game not detected yada yada), but checking my email from 21st Nov (when I bought it) shows the £1.29 crossed out and the word 'free' next to it, with the order total at £0.00.
Ok, so for me it is free, that calms me somewhat but I still need to try and get this working...
All in all a bit of a shambles this it has to be said.

That's strange, I ended up getting charged for Juggernaut... So, I'm still not sure what the case is. Either way, if it is a mistake, somebody should own up to it instead of sweeping it under the rug. I can confirm that I ended up downloading everything again to make the game work with the dlc though. Also it seems like you need to go with a download order, otherwise it might not install correctly at all.
