Here's one in Dutch:

"Wij zagen graag dat alle zagers onze zagen zagen zagen, want van alle zagen die wij ooit zagen zagen, zagen we nooit zagen zagen zoals onze zagen zagen."

(Translation: "We would like all sawyers to see our saws saw, because of all the saws we ever saw sawing, we never saw saws sawing the way our saws saw." - it kinda works in English as well.)

And there of course is the old:
"He who knows nothing, yet knows he knows nothing, knows a lot more than he who knows nothing, yet doesn't know he knows nothing."
