I would have bought it but I can get it on CD for cheaper so...sorry GOG :D.
I'll be picking this up as soon as I can.
Bought this Anniversary Edition back when it was released. Not going to buy it again, though. The extras could be nice, though.

summitus: Another good addition to GOG , but yet again way way to expensive. :(

Tseh. I might not want to pay the 10 bucks even for a great game, but it makes me chuckle to see a game cheaper than lunch called "expensive". All games are priced $6 or $10 here dude. It's way way cheaper than games you'd buy on shelves these days.

StarEye: You should try OnEscapee if you like Another World... it's free on the official website, or if you want to check out a video of the original Amiga version (they're basically the same), I found a youtube playthrough.

The official website is here: http://onescapee.invictus.hu/

Nice tip, thanks for that.

yes, i believe now is the time to use my guessing thread game code
Bought the game, I'll download & check this new juicy version later (after all I know every single pixel of the standard VGA version....). Nice wallpapers anyway, I never look at this kind of things that much but this time I appreciate 'em :-P
So a while ago, someone made a thread here asking if GOG.com is supposed to be like a Criterion Collection version of PC games. I wouldn't say GOG is meant to be like that but if it was, this is one of the few games here that really does belong in a PC gaming equivalent of the Criterion Collection. It really is one of the best and most artistically impressive games on this site.
GOG has been on such a roll lately. A few months back, it seemed like they were just releasing whatever games they were able to release. Now they just need to release more classic Sierra games because I already own all of the ones they've released.
Finally! Something worth using my freebie code on! Thanks GOG!
Man, Another World brings back memories. I rented that classic long ago, on Genesis - titled Out of this World. Never got around to buying it, though. Looks like I'm eventually gonna have to buy that Another World: 15th Anniversary Edition y'all are selling here on GOG. Sweet
I own Flashback for Genesis and Fade To Black for the PC.
Man, now we need to get Flashback and Fade To Black here....
Oh, my, god....i actually played this game on the Genesis, back when it went by it's proper title, Out of This World(kidding)....i completely forgot this game existed.I had no idea there was a remastered version of the game, this is basically a must grab for me!!Pretty revolutionary in many, many ways.
I remember playing a little bit of this game way back in the day (probably not longer after it was initially released), and I also remember I completely sucked at it (not surprising as I tend to suck at most platformers). Probably won't pick it up due to platformers usually being pretty frustrating for me, but it's still definitely a game that belongs on GOG.

Fade To Black would be great.

Holy hell you're right! Yay for more adventure games goodness!
Btw, I just found on Mobygames that Obscure is now published by MC2 Microids; Maybe this is why GOG has to pull the game back from their catalogue: They have to do this temporarily (hopefully) while renegotiating the distribution rights with the new publisher (Microids).

Excellent detective work sirs.
I am particularly looking forward to Post Mortem and Still Life.
