Hmm... I like what i read, I like the graphics, will probably download the demo and wait for a sale, since I don't feel like I'm dying without this game and there's nothing to tide me over.
Also, GOG seems to be convinced that sex sells.

taczillabr: I know these names, Star Wolves and Space Rangers, but never got to read/watch how these two games play. Wishlisted S.W. for now.

Space Rangers 2 is brilliant. If it shows up on GOG (with the Reboot expansion), it's an instant buy for me, even though I already have it. It's just that good.
Are you kidding me?! $10 for a $1 bargain bin title?!
Sure if it had anything going for it... but this is no Divine Divinity or Morrowind...

Star Wolves is an excellent game. I own all three of them and enjoy them immensely. Glad to see 1C getting some love here, as they make some great games, and a lot of great space games to boot (i.e. if you guys get Space Rangers 2 or Parkan II I will buy them again from you). ;)

taczillabr: For the next games on GOG, I'd like to have Nexus: The Jupiter Incident, a great and really underrated game and with mods available, and Genesis Rising. They deserve to be on GOG.

I'd totally love to see Nexus here. Genesis Rising...wasn't very good, but some folks liked it, I guess. I'd also love to see the Imperium Galactica games, if at all possible. The second one is a favorite of mine.

Murfallo: This could work - I was drooling on the sands of time for a while now, but hesitated, since I still have a physical copy. Please, confirm if you are still interested in a swap.

Yep, send me an email, my gog username at gmail.com

Well, if you say it's that good... I feel obliged to get it when it arrives on GOG. :)

Indeed, Nexus is better and have thematic mods for it, like Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars, etc.
I saw Generis Rising in two or three online stores, but I'm holding to get it here. It may isn't comparable to Nexus, but I did liked G.R.'s premise of genetically engineered ships and stuff.
And yeah, Imperium Galactica and Space Empires would be nice too. Plus, Homeworld. Guess we are nicely covering our space strategy game's needs here, aren't we? ;)

The girl on the front page banner seems to have completely different hair from the one in the game page. What's up with that?

"Minimum system requirements: Windows XP or Windows Vista, 1.8 GHz Processor, 256 RAM (512 GB recommended)..."
Uhm, oh well, my PC does not have enough RAM ;)

Yeh, the requirements for this game were absolutely insane ;). It's fixed now, thanks!

I don't know what are you all talking about ;D
This game is one of precious few GOG releases so far which I've never ever even heard of. So kudos to GOG for going completely obscure with this week's Thursday release. Too bad there seems to be a lot of space in the game, otherwise I might have bought it.

Well, if you guys don't know...
I could think of more neutral characters for use in the artworks... There's Daikatana, SIN... uh, Heavy Metal Fakk2, Tomb Raider. :p

Star Wolves has multiple pilots, so those are two of them.
Let's see ... RPG plus tactical Sci-Fi space shoot-em up ... done by a small shop - ca-ching!
Works for me. No DRM Gaming goodness + support GOG + space opera = instant buy. ;)
GOG is really humming lately with good stuff. Need more play time. Never enough.
The first game is pretty good, really. I would skip the sequel and the recently released third game in the series though.
