Licurg: To be honest, i really dislike most indie games. Most of them are just crap that expect to be ass-kissed just because they're called "indie". For example, Botanicula... Boring, pretentious shit. I do like some tho :) Legend of Grimrock is a really good one.

gameon: Each to their own i guess. I liked the amanita stuff, but i have seen alot of copycat indie games about. The good ones shine through, and Grimrock is the most popular indie game on GOG according to sales so far.
The only big problem with Legend of Grimrock is that the combat mechanics aren't that good. If you just hit/retreat/repeat over and over again, you'll defeat even the strongest enemies without any difficulty. Still, a good game.
