RetroVortex: I knew that, but according to him when he checked the folder there was no flipbook in there, which was very odd...
I think next time I will extend it to a minuite, or at least make it that much when iCabli has his turn, as I expect he will have a much harder time being a creator than I am.
Fenixp: There are problems with win Vista and 7 if the game is installed in protected directory. Running SiD as administrator usually solves that.
Maybe that was what it was.
I know it was ok on my end as I already made a flipbook by myself earlier.
Thanks for that I'll tell him to do that next time we play.
While I'm on this thread, I'd thought I would share a few thoughts on this game.
I think this game would be a great educational tool as well.
You could use it to prepare notes, in a visual form that might be easier for visual learners to revise with.
Especially considering you make it youself, and can have fun doing it. (I plan on doing it at uni)
I think it would also be a cheap and effective tool to use in workshops for kids,
and maybe even good for one-to-one tutoring, (where the kid can solve problems that the parent/teacher makes for them).
And it might be nice peer-to-peer and teacher-to-students tools as well, as the flipbooks are so easy to share and access.
(Maybe you could even print them out into a leaflet or something.... (don't know about that one...))
