Seriously, no one else here besides Red wants to try and form up a playing pair?

I want to but I get router issues with it.

Have you tried using Hamachi?
It basically emulates Lan over the net. I need to use it to play with my friend as I have a uni connection.
also, make sure your firewall is set to allow the port 7778 (the one the game uses by default).

I can host the game just fine. You should have no problems joining I think.

Connecting but it seems to just stay there. Does it take long to connect?

Sorry my connection died after that. I don't know, I've never tried connecting to another game before. Sigh.

lowyhong: Made a whole bunch of sprites over the last few days, for a Hyborian tileset. Check em out :)

How did you make them? With the game tools, or with just a regular paint program?

Game tools. They are awesome. Even someone who sucks completely at drawing like me manages to draw decently looking sprites.
I hate you. Must buy and try it.... Bleabr.
Fenixp, you will play with me, that's an order!

Game tools. As Fenixp said, they're great. Very easy to use. Not very versatile though, but very user friendly yes.

Oh I will draw some resources tomorrow, so let me know whenever
I'm planning an interesting new "game" for sleep is death.
Its pretty simple, but once its ready, I think it might be quite a good one!
Thanks for the thread, folks. Bought the game now, and after my university is over, hope to play with some of you...

Interesting, care to share some details?

Well at the moment, I've made like a demon/skeleton thing in a white tuxedo. (That's the player)
He's standing on the building above a man, a car, and a tree. (its a scene which is already in my game from either the default stuff, or some pack I downloaded already)
For the first frame I lock him in place, hopefully he'll get the hint he's supposed to talk to me, (the unseen entity that speaks to him at the start).
In the first frame, I ask him what is his bidding.
Then I'll try to act from there.
At the moment, I got an alternate version of that scene where the sky is black and the demon character thing has his hands up in the air with lightning coming out of them.
But I'm going to try to create some effects beforehand related to the scene, just to try to smooth things along.
Though knowing my luck they'll say something random like "summon illegal space beer! I'm thirsty", or "bring forth mechagodzilla".
I will make a few other things, just in case the demand is really ridiculous.
But really I want to train myself by having a story as open ended as possible.
