After a long week of hard work, everyone deserves a time to rest. And sometimes the best way to relax is to run an action game and shoot some enemies - virtually of course.
Gear up, reload your weapons and prepare yourself for a weekend full of fast-paced first-person shooter action. This weekend we're giving you a 40% discount on selected first-person shooter games form our vast catalogue. Until Monday, May 17 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, you can grab Painkiller Black Edition and POSTAL 2 Complete for the small price of $5.99 each, while Redneck Rampage Collection and AquaNox can be yours for only $3.59 each. With such selection we believe every FPS fan should be satisfied. Visit [url=http://www.gog.com/en/promo/selected_shooters]the promo page to benefit from this deal.
Nice offer! Tempting.
Ok, I've got me. I allready have Postal (in complete 8 Gb) eddition and base Painkiller (bugged). If this really works...
Some games I really want to try out. Got Postal 2 already, but whatev, Aquanox looks fun
I'm definitely getting Postal 2. Considering getting Painkiller too; for when I rebuild my computer. Good offer.
Sold, or at least half the promo.
I have the CD version of Painkiller and the Overdose expansion on Steam but not Battle Out of Hell, which is my excuse for getting this Black Edition on GOG. And Redneck Rampage is the only Build game I haven't played so I guess it was about time that I got it. If nothing else, the latter game is sure to provide me with an exhaustive exploration of the cultural traditions, existential questions and nuanced ideological convictions which have given rise to the so-called Tea Party Movement in the US (...sorry, couldn't help myself there).
A "shooters" promo without Unreal? Howzat possible?
For 40% off I AM tempted to get Painkiller and Postal 2 just in case I feel like playing them some day. I'll skip Aquanox this time though.
So how is Redneck Rampage compared to Duke3D or Blood?
Which is better Painkiller or Postal 2?

PAINKILLER
I want to get painkiller, postal 2, and redneck rampage
but since I'm low on HDD space, I'm going to have to give painkiller a miss, (don't think I can really afford it anyway...)
EDIT: Ah screw it! I'm getting it as well. (I'll just skip a meal or two I guess! :D)

The only one i don't have is aquanox so i guess it is time to dive right into it ;)
Ok, bought it all. I'll missed that 13 beers :(
I can really recommende Painkiller. I own the standard and expansion on disk and it is probably one of my favorite FPS ever. For anyone who likes older FPS this is a really fantastic game.

That's the spirit! :P
You won't regret it, Painkiller is one of the best shooters out there.
