Why not do so now, eh?

About anything, or maybe missed openings you would enjoy putting forth now. Go forth, pray. :-D

Just to share a moment of self-sensorship, even when I do post as such: I wanted to make am OP how I was pleased that Tunisian election turned out so well, as it did,

Nidaa Tounes winning, the previous ruling party (Ennhada) accepting,- - and all this with rather high participation (62%) and positive endorsement of EU observers (whom would also be about in Finland when we vote).

I rejoiced, because just before I had lunch with an Marroccan-French ex-colleague, whom stated Tunisian dictatorship as enlightened one to inspire the region, when now it could be truly democratic.

Tangier and Gibraltar, mythical cities, I think Southern Europe and North Africa share a certain lore regionally - and hence our continents take positive interest in one another - but I cannot say I recalled any Maghreb replies to my posts.

Hence I did not make my OP about Tunisia. Left-handedly, now, yes.

What about you?
wanna come see my twitch channel? I started posting because i couldn't get dos box to work with twitch, and now.... TADA i stream XWING just fine. : )

and i also can't stop posting...

"Good on you, serah zangetsou!" :-D

Just into PC platform RPGs meself, and thence shamelessly ignorant of dos box n twich, but, verily, peer help in the gaming fora tends to be super generous - and a fair reason to post, so there.

As to me, I am maybe wondering if gaming as an interest cum hobby, and as discussion subject - to the point or off-topic - is really so strongly biased on Europe-US-bit of Asia-ZA maybe -axis. I cannot recal e.g.l any North African replies to this date - a shame really, even if per my memory lapses, lol.
I will post here for no reason at all, just for something to do while i wait for MYOB to finish thinking about my last entry. (even with new ten times faster computers in the office MYOB still insist on being just as slow regardless).

Edit: Possibly it works the same way car GPS work.... once it starts getting old and they want you to update, they start sending out secret updates to make the older version run more crap. (yes we all know that older GPS which ran so reliably before, could not possibly become that stupid on it own without 'help')

MYOB standing for..?

Pleased to see you post from AU - unless you tease, and are of NZ actually, lol! ;-) Platibus vs Kiwi, what say you!

I feel possibly the same about Macintosh computers as you do about MYOB cum GPS. When I pay a premium for the HW, why should I have to be milked for the Mac OS felines?? (snow leopard, lion etc)

I actually rejoice about bootcamp, because it allows only to suffer Win OS milking gently, where PC gamers are but a collateral damage. But them again, the frequent DO:A crashing - must take it as a "hint" to upgrade, when it ran without glitches on about decade old iMac, and Win XP.

TStael: MYOB standing for..?
If I'm on the same track, it's Mind Your Own Business - not surprisingly, business software.

Hm that's interesting, aside from a couple South African users I have not seem a single African poster on GOG so far, and I can't remember seeing anyone from the Middle East or Central Asia recently. I've only been here for a year though so naturally there's plenty of users I've never seen around but many parts of the world are almost or entirely unrepresented here on GOG. It would be interesting to know if there's any reasons other than economic to explain this.

As far as Africa goes, possibly the growing internet/pc users there are too busy with scamming to have time for sites like GOG? Those Nigerian princes cannot possibly handle all those emails on their own you know!

And what shall this MYOB crowd's thought provoking entry shall have been, pray tell? From your rep I suppose you are hardly a novice, so sharing should probably not be a prob.

Suck at snippeting, so just state that HereForTheBeer's MYOB= "Mind Your Own Business" seems quite plausible for an abbreviation.

But then again, are you teasing, maybe? Or despise you the topic, possibly? Posting in any fora is an act that asks to connect, to share, to debate, surely, methinks - not to mind one's own business.

AFAIK MYOB stands for Manage Your Own Business not Mind Your Own Business, a business software to be precise an Assorted business software (Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, etc)

And on the topic, im a lurker who likes to read post but rarely post mostly due to i have no contribution whatsoever to add to the ongoing post, and i dont like to spam.

Been here a bit longer, and so it is also with me - recall ZA posts, but this is it.

I oppose to but the initial activation online (clients) also because it may exclude gaming fans that have sucky internet connectivity. That is not only, say, Somalia, due to poor national infrastructure, but even Welsh countryside.

Meanwhile, I wonder if gaming is truly unpopular in the African continent; or if it has been reduced to an elitist hobby of sorts (say, in style, of golf) because it is too costly? Or might it be a semi-secret indulgence because games tend to be written with a liberal ethos - at least from time to time. ;-)

I think I shall sadly remain wondering if anyone rejoiced about Tunisia election - verily, there are mainly vile news about politics these days, and this was nice on the surface. Deeper down - wish some fora member, or another, would tell how it turns out, in practise.

Transactional accounting or working capital management, charming either way, methinks! ;-) Positively impressed if this would be a topic for these fora, but AFAIK remains meanwhile an unknown abbreviation to me, thou.

On the topic, you did even now contribute, you tease of a lurker, thou sadly in a technocratic sense! ;-)

What I want to say is that your opinion could be anywhere in-between "to and fro" of the OP - the same, a bit different, quite opposed - but if it is yours, really, it merits posting, and I dare hope most of us here would appreciate to learn what you think. Spam is something far less interesting and more cynical, surely!

Well lol yeah, still if i think carefully, being a lurker is maybe derived from my personality, i'm a bit introverted mind you, still yeah a good advice, I do feel i need to be more open and outgoing. Nevertheless it is not an easy jump but i'll try to change my perspective bit by bit.

The exhaustive entry i made, was a '0' zero at the start of the customer PO number which is our little method of saying this invoice has been checked and is ok. MYOB then takes up to about five minutes to think about it before accepting the change.
I could post about the sewing I should be doing right this second. I need to make more warm nightgowns/caftans before the cold weather returns. Yep...That's what I should be doing right now.. yep (keeps typing)
