Brace yourself. I'm a Christian and this guy is so utterly STUPID and offensive that I just want to punch someone. You know why people hate Christians? Because people like this guy are the image!
This guy doesn't even play the games he reviews. And he gives Left Behind Eternal Forces a 5/5 when thats one of the worst, most offensive games out there. I say we email spam him telling him to get of the internets. oh and read this one, this is absolutely hilarious:

You do realize Objective Ministries is a parody, right?
It is claimed that the word "tetris" comes from the game pieces all being made of four blocks. In reality, the game was named in mockery of the Trinity by adding a forth hypostasis, the Communist State, to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Come on.

Oh... http://www.objectiveministries.org/creation/projectpterosaur.html
Ok thats a relief. You know how many sites I read that were talking about the hate mail they all sent that guy? It's allot like Sony Defense Force. Straight faced and absolutely retarded. Kinda like the Onion except both Sony Defense Force and Objective were designed to piss you off.
Any sufficiently advanced parody is indistinguishable from reality...
Wow, looking into this further, it was a really intricate parody spanning several sites.
First it angered me...
Now it's funny :P

But, in seriousness, there are several legitimate Christian websites that do stuff like that. I remembered an uncyclopedia article way back that had a comparison between fake christian websites and real ones and you had to figure out which one was legit. The sad part was that their exists various Christian congregations that are just like that one trolling website.
If you want to laugh just read the requirements to attend a baptist college called Bob Jones University. One of them being you need to wear a tie all the time.
In other news, I played both Left Behind and Warhammer 40K DoW with Winter Assault at the same time. I prefer my Christians to be Space Catholics wielding chainsaws instead of televangelists.

The word "Christian" kinda gave it away.I just never took seriously people who used "Christian" and "Catholic Church" in one sentence. Anyhow, a pretty funny story, i bet i can find some real-life nutjobs who do think like that in my country. I'd probably wouldn't have to search far.;)

I would give this game five crosses for the way it lets you live through the Bible and witness Jesus first-hand, but I must subtract crosses for being able to beat up Jesus and getting Jesus' teachings mixed up with things like Hinduism and the Matrix. I would not recommend this game for new Christians as it will only confuse them and possibly turn them into New Age wrestling fanatics.

Hilarious.

That would be me :P. Like it or not - Catholics are Christians.

To be fair, there's nothing separating Fred Phelps and every televangelist out there from parodies of the Christian faith.

You are aware that most Christian denominations have their origins in Catholicism, right? Or are you referring to the fact that the Protestant Reformation wasn't without reason?

Derived from.;) There still are Christians out there, and i used to be one, or, actually, i was both, left the Chruch, and went Christian.;)

Putting an equality sign there, when the religion has changed throughout so many years is a bit like putting an equal sign between rock'n'roll and thrash metal. Sure, one derives from the other, but since the years gone by so many changes came in it became something completely different. Like the aforementioned Holy Trinity, which was accepted as a dogma in the middle of the 4th century or so. It completely changes the religion.
I guess it's a matter of using one word extensively over the years giving it a somewhat new meaning. Note that the Catholic Church was called that before the Great Schism, and Lutherian [is thats how the name is alterated? Lutheric?] Reformation. ;)
So i guess it's "=>" and not "<=>" if i remember those correctly. ;P

If you were to define 'Christian' then that definition wouldn't be 'protestant', would it? It would be someone who accepts Christ as their saviour. Which goes for orthodox, catholic, nontrinitarian and protestant alike. Hence why it's not odd to call a Catholic Christian. Even if it is uncommon.
Oh and it's Lutheran. Even though it's pronounced more like Lutherian. No idea why. I thought it was Lutherian too.

Technically it's a subset. Witch means that being a Catholic implies being a Christian, but being a Christian does not imply being a Catholic. As I said - like it or not but that's what the definition says :).

Whether it's uncommon or not depends on where you live ;).

Meh, Catholics are a bunch of idolaters, imho. The Bible never says it is a good idea to worship saints, but it says in at least one major place that worshiping anything or anyone other than God will make Him a tad unhappy. So, could we stop with the praying to Mary and such, m'kay? There is a bunch of other reasons not to consider Catholicism a Christian sect, but this is the big one for me; how one can call any sect that willfully ignores a Commandment Christian, is beyond me.
Of course, I may not be the best person to go to for this type of thing. I am a (lapsed) Episcopalian. This is the same Anglican Church that was created just so Henry VIII could divorce his wife despite the Pope's wishes. To me, Episcopalianism is essentially Catholicism Lite; all of the pomp, little of the circumstance.
As to the OP, I agree with the sentiment of what you said, regardless of the nature of the source material. The fact that the parody was so believable illustrates how common this type of behavior is from folks that call themselves Christian.

Jesus asked people to pray in private, calling all those who prayed in public places (like temples, churches...) hypocrites. Doesn't that fact alone render all forms of organised religion unchristian?
You see, if you judge what is Christian based upon what is in the Bible then there are very, very few Christians in the world today. Judge not, lest ye be judged.
