SovietSharkey: Thank God they aren't removed for a fairly long time then
Or did he mean December 2012?
Interplay's rights to distribute the original Fallout games expires December 31, 2013. So the apocalypse doesn't come until New Year's 2014. The Zenimax business model has recently become "Steam or go home" so I find it very unlikely that they'll keep the Fallouts here, unless GOG does some crazy voodoo.

I have no idea what the "new deal" will be come Nov 16 though, but I can only imagine it has something to do with Interplay's tenuous financial situation.

Ah thanks for clearing that up
I will be sure to get FO Tactics before then
If the Fallout rights is remove from Interplay, let say been transferred to Bethesda, what would happen to my Fallout game in my shelf? If GOG can't secure some new agreement with the Fallout licence, do they remove it completely out in my shelf and give out some kind of refunds?

Judging by how it has worked before you get to keep the games just not buy them

We keep our games.
For now, no game has been removed from the user's accounts unless because of a bug or at the request of the user.

Foxhack: We keep our games.
That's good to hear. We can't predict the future and we can't know for sure what would happen to Interplay and all of it's titles, but I'm hoping that their entire catalogs remain here because that what makes GOG great. I thinks the whole Interplay catalogs is one of the pride and butter of GOG.
I'll be doing a temporary back-up of the Fallout stuff around Christmas 2013, just in case.

Anyway, this Interplay new deal doesn't look good. Who raises prices for digital games, right after a "Pay what you want" offer?
