Ok, perhaps the paranoid cynic in me is over reacting, but, it seems GOG is pushing the sales of Interplay recently (PWYW) and this weeks Interplay special. Are they losing the license for Interplay? Has the License been sold? Am I just over-reacting?

Interplay loses the rights to Fallout in December 2013.

Otherwise, the reason for these sales and the soon higher price on their games is because Interplay is pretty much dying.

Fast forward to present day - What GOOD and NEW games have they made?

Seriously, it's not like people are expecting AAA titles from them, at this point people just want some form of sequel/continuation/remake of their favourite franchises

well MDK2 HD was a nice start but certainly people expect more?

I don't even want to go into the "Fallout MMO" discussion, since not only that was a legal nightmare since day 1 but Interplay (!!!) of all publishers actually thought they had the power and money to actually make an MMO

Only the Fallout games.

Not sure if they will all be gone, or just higher priced. If Interplay is only losing their Fallout rights, it may not impact the others. Not sure.

I think it has nothing to do with losing rights. I looks to me like a sale before selling the company, IMHO.
