I've restarted the boring ass fight 5 times now, there's not enough time to pickup the loot before the cut scene triggers. After the cut scene the loot noir the body is nowhere to be found.

Use the talisman, after a battle that's followed straight up with a cut scene, it's quite common to see the loot being moved elsewhere in the area nearby. I'd check where the Aracha spawns originally, that's where I had the loot.

Did you check your inventory ? All the stuff may have been automatically transfered to your inventory during the cutscene.

I did, and no eyes here :/

after you kill it you are still in combat mode. Insert your sword back, stand near the dead beast and press LMB like a maniac. 1 sec before the cutscenes you will be able to loot it. Good luck ;)

I've been having the same problem, and no amount of manic LMB clicking seems to work. Just have to wait for a patch

Already tried that, but the cut scene triggers too fast. I'm already on chapter 2 now. I'm just gonna wait until they patch this quest. Thanks for trying though.

you are better off not doing this quest, the last part is a pain in the a ss. it also bugged sometimes.

There are a couple other threads about this. Common problem. I experienced it on second play.

From the other threads, it seems that the corpse is always there somewhere. It is just that sometimes the medallion fails to light it up. (And it is nigh on impossible to grab before the cut scene.)

I redid the fight once and got it to light up the second time. Some people have to redo it close to a dozen times. Some people are able to locate it in the brush without the medallion's help.

There are plenty of modding options now. There may not be one that directly addresses this issue, but it would be pretty simple to use one of them to place the Eyes in a vendor inventory.

I had the same problem too the first time I fought the damn thing.

What I did was, I kinda lure the Aracha to a spot and try to remember roughly where that spot is (I also checked the map to make sure where I am). After the cutscene I searched around the area and found the remains.

So... how do I spawn the eye of aracha into the shop?

I've this line added into the def_shops.xml, and used the troll's head mod as an example (adding troll's head into the shop), but nothing happens. The troll's head works but mine doesn't.

I also tried to write the name as : "Eye of Aracha"

I looted it without any problems, was I lucky? AFAIK after fight, when Iorveth asked to go to the ruins I chose "I'm not ready yet" or something like that, I was able to roam freely after that and I looted the arachas.

As insensitive as it may sound, I suspect it's far more likely that some people are a tad blind than the items simply vanished. :p

Without commenting on the blindness; How do I spawn them into the shop?
