Every time when I want to Exit the GoG Launcher it never really close the App and I need to kill it.
Where can I report that bug? Or does the devs here read it? How can I help?

I also have this problem. I need to force quit the Launcher. Additionally, it doesn't seem to be able to check for updates, the "checking for updates" notification just stays for several minutes and it doesn't seem to do anything.
Same here. When I quit the window goes away but the application stays open, When you click the icon in the dock it brings up a blank window. We'll see what it does when the 14.1 update comes out soon.

The 14.1 Update does nothing, since i am using the RC (probably final build) already on my m1 imac and m2 macbook air. this bug is still here. maybe a good time to launch an native arm version of the galaxy launcher ;)

it probably has something to do with rosetta 2 which will be EoL soon anyways afaik. (in the next 2-3 years, i might check the source and post it)

Exact same issue for me: on macOS Sonoma.
Any update on that? Thanks.

No, it is not rosetta. The same problems occurs on Intel Macs with macOS Sonoma.
It is just a problem in GOG Galaxy.
Same here. I wonder why this issue hasn't been addressed yet. Just opened a support ticket. Sonoma 14.1 didn't improve things.

Me too, and thus bumping.

2020 Intel iMac running Sonoma 14.1
I'm also having the same issue. I had a support ticket open, but haven't gotten anything that helped resolve it yet.
+1

Also, I had both "GOG" entries disabled in "Login Items" before the upgrade, but after upgrade GOG Galaxy kept complaining it could not connect to services and shutting itself down until I enabled the two GOG related entries in Login Items. Might be related, might not.
They're working on a solution. It's a client-related issue which will be addressed in a future update. It's a damn shame this wasn't properly tested before release.

Wonderful news, thank you

Thanks for the info!

(The new GoG update 2.0.73 doesn't change anything)
