A wild guess, maybe you can help. One song stuck in my mind and I can't find it now in my 'retrowave' library... At the beginning of the song there was a sample of police CB radio call, woman reported over the radio:

'... street, ... street. Suspect ...'. She described some crossroad and reported that someone was fleeing in a car or sth like that, usual police CB radio stuff (like in e.g. LA Venice Bitch 80's by Carpenter Brut). After that intro song developed as normal. It was defintely retrowave. Maybe you're familiar with this track?

With radio chatter that's the only one that comes to mind.
