As a kid I was a cat person probably because dogs scared me. As an adult I like both cats and dogs (mostly labs/retrievers).

As for your question, I love cats, they're beautiful animals and I find their attitude very funny, I also like how independent they are. :)
I like dogs too, but I don't think I would ever want to adopt one. I can tolerate their hyperactive nature for a limited number of minutes a day. :D

I love both cats and dogs. But at this moment I owe a dog, so I'll choose dogs camp. To me, dogs are more loyal to their masters. Speaking of cats, cats have their own characters. They always are independent creatures than dogs.

I'm more of a cat person, but I'm really allergic to them so I can't be around them for long.

Let's see ... furry friends. We've got two dogs, four-ish cats, two horses, and in the non-furry department, two guppy's. I'm definitely more of a dog person than a cat person when it comes to the dogs vs cats conversation.

The last couple of years I've been residing in a house that has two cats
Murphy is a calico that is about as nonagressive as a cat can be, he doesn't even kill insects though he watches them with fasination.
Then there is Belle, the little princess, alpha through and through, she jumps up on the counters and defys the laws. She loves tormenting Murphy who out weighs her by at least 6lbs.

She can't stand not to be the center of attention, and demands petting frequently, but only on her terms, try picking her up if she doesn't want to be lifted and she growles loudly.

I miss Dogs but untill I can afford a place of my own away from traffic, these two personalities will suffice, just wish Murphy would like sit on her or something, get her to back off.

I'm fine with anything with fur. Dogs or cats, horse etc. I prefer big dog over small one since they don't bark as often.

As for your question. I like all animals. But slightly prefer dogs over cats. When lived with parents we had dogs and cats But when I moved from to own flat I cannot take it with me.
