Fairfox: Then again when I first got it the keyboard lights kept flickering and over the phone they tried to get me to take the whole thing apart within the first day, manually, to fix it. I don't fix your flaws, noobs! (Plus I know nothing about tech stuffages,
evah...)
One nice thing about Dellienware - for those inclined to turn a screwdriver - is that they have complete factory manuals on their support site, walking you through the step-by-step, screw-by-screw process of replacing every part on the thing. That'll be handy when / if I replace this screen in the next month or two. Access to the repair manuals is a nice touch that I wish every manufacturer would offer.
