Honestly I've been waiting for years with zero news on countless games among them are...

Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom (Activision)
Swat 4 (Activision)
Black & White (EA)
SimCity 3000 (EA)
Freelancer (EA)
Literally any Star Trek game.

I really wish instead of GOG just leaving games up forever on the wishlist they would mark some of them as "We tried and it's never going to happen because X" or "We just can't figure out who to contact" or something.
Skyrim
I want Cryostasis back!!! :(

Also, I'd love to see the dev's other titles (Chasm: The Rift, Vivisector, the Carnivores series), but I doubt that will ever happen.
Licensed games that are published by multiple companies and had their licenses expire (like EA's Lord of the Rings ones) and any Blizzard games. The rest is still not that bleak.

Way too many. Most games with Steamworks integration (achievements etc) are far less likely to make an appearance here.

Freelancer is Microsoft not EA.
Take Freelancer for example; This has 15,000 votes, this has been requested since as long as you could request games on GOG. Yet we've never heard a single thing about it from GOG which leaves only 2 possible conclusions. Either 1. They tried to get the game and Microsoft told them "No.". In which case they should have just closed it off the wishlist, why keep us going in silence if they has already been told no? or 2. They never even tried for whatever reason.

Is there a reason we shouldn't prune all these "never going to happen" games?

snowkatt, if I wanted shit from you I'd just squeeze your head. :P
Fallout....fucking fallout
Games tied to the Origin and UPlay clients pretty much, aside from those there are also a few games married to Steam such as The Elder Scrolls games, Civilization 5 and Beyond Earth.

Bethesda should really consider trying out GOG, the TES games have pretty much stopped receiving updates and all they have to do is remove the DRM nothing more.
