The Beast Within, considered by many to be the best part of the Gabriel Knight series, is now available for $5.99. Finally, we're adding the King's Quest 4+5+6 pack and Call to Power 2 to the coming soon section.
[url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/gabriel_knight_2_the_beast_within]Gabriel Knight 2 is a point-and-click adventure game but, unlike its prequel, it's created entirely in full motion video. The story picks up a year after GK1. Gabriel became a famous writer, accepted the title of Schattenjäger and inherited a castle in a small German village. The local villagers implored him to investigate the death of a local girl, which they believe was murdered by a werewolf. You'll be able to play as both Gabriel and Grace as they conduct separate investigations, which will see them visiting many fascinating places in Germany. Great acting, a fantastic story, memorable characters... Truly a must-have classic for any adventure game fan.

Yes! I quite like FMV games, and this one sounds popular by gog forum chatter.
Trying to hold back buying stuff for a bit, but it's getting harder to do so. Nice to see some 'coming soon' listed games too.

Strange that a costly FMV game like Beast Within is 5,99$, but Phantasmagoria 9,99$. Oh well, a good thing I reckon. Buying this!

damn why do all these activision games have to be games I already have (and can still play) or don't want .... starting to get very disappointed but i realise this has been on a lot of people's wishlist for a long time... It's a fun but way too easy game but a must buy for everyone who doesn't have it or haven't played it or doesn't hate FMV adventures

I have all the Gabriel Knight games in my physical boxed collection, but I never got around to playing GB2. High time for me to to correct that. I loved the first and liked the third game, and I have heard a lot of great things about this one. Been wanting to play it for a long time.
Another great release in a month of great releases! :D

Just a quick question that's been bugging me: do you plan to release the 1+2+3 of both Space Quest and King's Quest? Any particular reason why you didn't included them on the 4+5+6 bundles? :)

My dream come true. One of my favorite adventure game of all time. Thanks gog, for the first time i could play it in english (i'm french) with the real actor's voices, french voice of gabriel knight in the beast within was terrible.

This is approx. 10 times better than Phantasmagoria, and one of the best adventure games released ever.

Probably because Activison demands a higher price (it's still $20 on Steam) for the complete bundle, so GOG just split it into two $9.99 half-bundle.
