Top five in no particular order.

Hitman: Bood Money
Tomb Raider: Legend
Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Entomorph: Plague of the Darkfall

Hey a man can dream, right? Never mind that some of them are not that old yet and/or are very unlikely to appear here.
Tomb Raider is available for a steal on gamers gate(All 3 that is)....You might want to check it out.

I would love to see Carmaggedon again. I know the new one is being made but if we could get the old one that would be so great :)
1. Starlancer
2. Starlancer
3. Star Trek fleet command
4. Mech Warriors
5. Crimson Skies

PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEEE :-)
In no particular order :
Thief series
Silver
Bloodlines
System Shock
Undying
I just remembered that the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games were released on PC, so I would love to have a functional version of that with a good gamepad support.

Also:

Carmageddon series
Flashback
Blade Runner (I've never tried that one)
Legacy of Kain series
Grim Fandango is glaring omission from this other wise fantastic site. It's a game I have always wanted to play. It and system shock 2
The Legacy of Kain series is a must. Especially the first game has many troubles working in anything else besides Windows 95, although community patches made it viable to play in XP

Also!

Theme Hospital!
System Shock 2
Larry series
Syndicate+
Harvester
Theme Park
I'm trying to think of a list that would sound actually attainable without being stuck in some legal, red-tape purgatory forever.

5. Thief 1+2 - Whoops! I just said I wanted a list without legal hell...

4. Wing Commander 4 - "The Price of Freedom... Is eternal vigilance" Best sci-fi film ever mad... Wait, it's a game?!

3. Syndicate Wars - Ok, so everyone wants Syndicate and that's probably not an option for some reason... Why not sneak in the sequel whilst everyone's back is turned?

2. Magic Carpet 2 - Because the first one is here and I love that. This one has CAVES. And a lot of bees. Caves + Bees + Magic Carpet = A good choice for GOG.com.
Actually, while we're on the subject giving me 'Magic Carpet +' for free because I paid for 'Magic Carpet' carelessly not checking that the expansion was included, would be pretty nice too. Lucky I didn't make that error with Dungeon Keeper ay?

1. The Legend Of Kyrandia Series - Nox was added recently and it gave me hope that we would soon be seing Kyrandia up here. It's my favourite point-and-click series with great music, lovely crisp, colourful graphics, cheesy voice acting (a must!) and a completely different experience in every game.

Honourable Mentions -
'Ectomorph - Plague Of The Darkfall' - Reminds me of Sanitarium, but with a lot more bugs. (Insects, not errors)

'Rollin' - An obscure shareware title wherein you play as a man turned into a marble by an evil genius. Look it up, it's awesome.

'Too Many Geckos' - Another obscure shareware title about rotating pyramids with geckos on them (obviously!) Hated the game but that title... Oh, that title is just so SEXY.

'Flight Of The Amazon Queen' - It's better than Teen Agent? *is pelted by tomatos by the hordes of Teen Agent fans*

'Sid Meier's Colonization' - You've got Alpha Centauri, why not the other Civ spin-off?

'Z' - It's Command and Conquer with robots... And less strategy. And boy was it funny!

'The Muppet CD-Rom' - Basically, the muppets are inside your Windows 95 computer, causing muppet related mischief. Sounds crap? One of the included games is a Doom Clone featuring The Swedish Chef!
Yeah!
Now you want it don't you!?

Seriously, I could go on all night.
1. System Shock 1 + 2
2. Syndicate+ & Syndicate Wars
3. Blade Runner
4. Thief Gold + 2
5. Anachronox
5. Deus Ex
4. TES 1-3
3. KOTOR 1&2
2. All of the Jedi Knight Games
1. Ultima 7-9

In no particular order

Also worth mentioning is Half life 1
Some games I'd like to see, in no particular order.

1. Carmageddon (1 was great, 2+ more meh)
2. Sim City 2000 (LOVED this game)
3. Worms (can't remember which version, but played it a lot with friends)
4. Delta Force (1) (Not the best graphics, but loved this game back in the day)
5. Diablo (Actually not played this game, but it deserves to be on GOG)
I just looked back on my entry (on page 1) and 3/5 of the requests are now (at least partially) on the site... who said wishes never come true!
Just thought of another one to go with other quirky GOG titles like Robinson's Requiem Collection:

Jurassic Park - Trespasser

It's a contender for the worst FPS ever ma... Ahead of it's time!
Click the mouse button and hold it down and your character's arm is thrust out in front of them for you to manipulate objects in the game world. Great in theory, but in practice it requires some intense keyboard and mouse finger-gymnastics to get your character to do anything. This lack of control alone is enough to ruin what is such a great concept.
It does some cool things though, I especially liked how rather than have a HUD that showed you how much ammo was left in guns, the main character (voiced by Minnie Driver) would say how many bullets she thought was left in the gun. Also, look down and your health was indicated by a heart shaped tattoo on the character's boob.
Yep, before Arx Fatalis and Dark Messiah introduced us to FPS character's with a body, Trespasser gave us Minnie Driver's boobs.
