Randalator: Google Translate tells us this:

In the second quarter CDP.pl significantly strengthened its service by purchasing the digital distribution of games from Electronic Arts , which is one of the leaders in the global market for digital entertainment. This allows the platform cdp.pl hit titles such hit series as " The Sims ", " FIFA ", " Battlefield " and " Mass Effect " . Another distribution agreement concluded in June with Swedish developer Paradox Interactive , known mainly from a strategic series of " Europa Universalis " .

*faint*
But that's for CDP.pl which serves only the Polish market :P

Randalator: Stop crushing all my hopes and dreams already!
Wasn't my intention, I swear :)

animalmother2105: Stalker on GOG? That would be sweet, never played any of these...
avatar
Crosmando: They are amongst the buggiest games around, but thankfully there's a tonne of mods around that fix most of the issues. Just don't ever play them vanilla, the "Complete" mods are good
Ehh I tried the "Complete" mods. I prefer Atmosfear 3, Absolute Nature Lite, and Absolute Structures for Call of Pripyat :)

Change the graphics without touching the game play :)

Crosmando: Misery is good too
Not for me. 2hardcore4me :/

timppu: I guess it would help if the title of this thread had "GOG" in it, but too late for that I guess...
Fix'd

JudasIscariot: Fix'd

Phaidox: Thank you, Judas!
Rumour has it that GOG's in talks with the creators of "Paper Sorcerer" and "Knights of the Chalice" to bring these games here, can you confirm/deny that?
Popcorn?
avatar
JudasIscariot: Popcorn?
avatar
Phaidox: I'll take that as a "we don't comment on rumours or speculation", then. :)
Bingo :)

JudasIscariot: Bingo :)

mistermumbles: Such a spoilsport. =P
Sorry but them's the rules :)

Niggles: If you check the thread it had been discussed a while back - they never promised gogkeys.Only distribution via GOG which is a different thing.Check their updates....
avatar
Petrell: Actually that sentense could be read either way and plenty of people read it as promise of GOG keys while others, like you, read it the way you posted. Stoic only added to confusion by posting following reply in the update 48 comments that further added to confusions:

Creator Stoic on February 12

@Kismet: we apologize about the delay on GOG keys. It has been equally frustrating for us that they've been unable to activate our sales page. Currently we are available for sale on nearly every digital distribution site except GOG. We'll be updating the moment that changes.
avatar
Petrell: Apparently they were unaware of GOG being sold week after GOG release DESPITE THEM TWEETING IT TWICE ON THEIR OWN TWITTER ACCOUNT!!! When asked for clarification, they chose to ignore them.

Worst thing about whole debacle is that Stoic still has not made public statement about it and this confusion has been going for over a month. I would have expected them to clarify situation as soon as they noticed the obvious confusion among their clients but instead they choose to stay silent about it and hope it goes away. In fact all information about the DRM release has been sparse, inconsistent and worst of all confusing (they themselves seem confused half of the time). They did not even react to the fact that most DRM-free backers could not download the game from their servers (don't forget the fact that it took over week to post the official update on KS page about the availability of the download. Week before they were basically "oh, the download is already up. We'll make update about it soon!".).
I'm busy working on something else, but this was absurd enough to catch my interest. I'll see about this myself and look into getting our communications straightened out.
Hey guys,

I just wanted to officially confirm that Chronology IS coming to GOG.com, in case anyone was wondering :)

Officially confirmed :)

JMich: Btw, Chronology is out, why isn't it here yet? I really do hate day 2 releases :(
Just some delays beyond our control. Sorry :/

JudasIscariot: Just some delays beyond our control. Sorry :/
avatar
JMich: No worries, it's just that as I said, I hate day 2 releases. Month 2 releases are (surprisingly) much less hated.
Also, see why you don't announce releases in advance? You end up needing to write excuse notes for the game, or get someone else to do so.
Exactly :)

I think it's official now :P
