Added bug with false approvement ratings for user reviews or disappeared user reviews

Adalia here thinks that Gog just swapped the upvotes & downvotes values by mistake.

If you browse through all games and try to sort by "newest first" the sort order is completely messed up.

Feature request:

1) At the moment there is no way to see on the frontpage what's offer is the daily or weeky deal and there's no way to see how long this offer is still valid (except for digging through the news section).

2) I don't see any reason why I have to klick an additional "show all language" button just to see all supported languages for games on the gamepage. Just show all - in most cases there should be more than enough space for it.

The page back button that is working in about every browser and many applications still does nothing on gog galaxy.

(Pre-)loading the movies on the front page is a waste of bandwidth and time.

Good, then there is hope this will be fixed sometime.
Added all other proposals to the list.
Added my proposal to show all available game filters, not only adventure, roleplaying ...
So you can search determined for your special gametype like first pesron, third person etc.

Another bug:

The site no longer keeps my settings for language and currency. Every time I log in, it's German again and I have to switch it back to English manually (currency automatically changes when I do that).

Not sure how it is related, but it started the day the new design was introduced.

I had the same problem just today, when I first visited the site.

For me it is working, Is it working for you now?
There are 2 ways to change language settings in your account menu:
1) privacy & settings --> account and locale -> locale
2) or direct in your account menu: language & currency

Which way did you use?
if you use second way did you also press "apply changes"?

Did anyone experience the bug that every login or logout quits the actual page and leads to the main gog page? No matter whether you are on a shop or a forums page.

Seems, as if the new language selection for the reviews deleted reviews that were not in english. For example, I can`t find my review for Hammerwatch any more, it was written in German.
It`s not a bug, it`s a feature. You shall use the language of your country, not anything else, you fraudulent gangster! :-)

I changed it a long time ago in the "privacy and settings" section and it still shows the correct settings there. And yet the language is wrong every time I log in.

I can also see the right settings in th account menu (never realized that it was there as well). But I don't see an apply changes button.

I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled and (you get it, don‘t you?) ... to the bottom of the main page and first changed the language and after the automatic reload changed the currency. Since 5en it has not changed back and stayed with english/usd.
Fyi I never log out of GOG on my iPad and since I might need to solve Google Recaptchas I don‘t want to try that now.

It would also be nice if the news were actually sorted by date.

I liked to read the news articles starting from the newest one, until I hit the first one I had already read on my last visit, to keep up to date. I have no idea what order news articles are supposed to be in with the new slider design, but it's certainly not chronological, nor any other discernible, sensible order.

This bug is over two years old. In spite GOG acknowledging it.

Makes the issues of the new front page even more insufferable, doesn't it?
