It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

kbnrylaec: GOG's database is unaccessible now.
All of wishlist, personal Library, www.gog.com/games are showing nothing now.

BKGaming: I still have access in Galaxy (by the looks of it), but not on the site.
We're aware of the issue and working on it.

BKGaming: I am aware of that, but thanks for the info.
It should be working now.

GOGPablo: It should be working now.

BKGaming: Nope this is what I see now on Firefox: https://i.imgur.com/mcuTFky.jpg
Have you tried clearing the cache?
Depending on your location (and CDN used) it might take a few minutes to see it fixed.

Furnox: Having the same problem on multiple, cache-cleared browsers. Actually, I'm trying to checkout so this is especially irksome. The same game is on Steam for the same price. If this isn't resolved soon, I'm getting it there.

The source of the problem is that file jsGlobal-2d7e851.js is being blocked by the CORS policy. Then, since it can't load that file, references to the 'gog' and 'angular' objects are failing.
Which of the CDN domains is it trying to load?

Alm888: Maybe this is also related.
It is, but this file has already been scheduled to be refreshed and works for me in Poland. At some point in time CDN provider should also refresh it on their servers in Russia :fingers_crossed:
We deployed another fix. Please check in a while if it works for you now.

Around 11:30 we've nailed the issue down to one load balancer running faulty version of the code and occasionally poisoning the CDN in random regions. It was fixed and global recovery should have started. We've taken steps to automate this process and lower the chance for similar human error in the future.

HawkDawg: Now we have to go through this pain-in-the-butt Captcha garbage, and it seems GOG will no longer allow you to stay logged in so you don't have to deal with the Captcha.

It just keeps getting worse.
What do you mean by us not letting you stay logged in anymore?
avatar
HawkDawg: Every time I close my browser (Firefox) I get logged out because next time I come back to the site I have to go through that Captcha to log in again.

This just started in the past couple of days. I never had this problem before, and it's not due to a Firefox update either.

I did come up with a work-around for this though. I installed Opera. It seems to let GOG remember me.
It's just a pain in the butt to have to install an additional browser just to use a website that worked fine until the recent website update.

It's really a shame too. I liked GOG until this website update.
Nothing changed with the way we handle auth cookies, I'd say it's something wrong with your Firefox installation - seems like it clears cookies when you close it. Check if they're still there after you reopen the browser, if they are but you're logged out please open a support ticket and we'll investigate :)

mrkgnao: There doesn't seem to be a forum for "What Remains of Edith Finch".

Rather impressive, considering that the game has been added to GOG more than a year ago.
This one has been fixed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention :)

toxicTom: All store pages seem to be broken - they all redirect to the games list.
We're aware of that and trying to fix it.
avatar
toxicTom: Now the top search is broken... no results, no matter what I enter...
Should be fixed now as well.

We're investigating broken order history search / refunds form (it's the same issue on the backend). Currently no eta for fix, will post updates on this topic.

idbeholdME: The mobile layout of the forums seems to be having some issues. Top menu bar is missing items and some elements' width seems broken.
Should be fixed now :D
