Ah, fine taste you have sir, fine taste. You picked the Carsomyr, yes, strong sword from Baldur's Gate, very strong. Ah, please be careful with that trinket, milady! Those high tech scopes are as delicate as they are powerful, no? Every Shadowrunner will tell you that.
But please, keep browsing, keep browsing esteemed friends! Great discounts you will find, on treasures beyond compare. This I promise: the Weekly Sale Vol. 23 has plenty RPGs extraordinaire!

Turn-based combat you seek? Magic that make sparks fly and enemies go poof? It is Divinity Original Sin the one for you: like glorious pen & paper campaign but much better, yes? So much gear, spells, characters without class but graphics with lots of class! Oh, you will love it much, I guarantee.

Ah, you miss the cold, I see. A ticket for Icewind Dale EE for you I have - it will take you to the Spine of the World, where demons make war. But brave warrior as you, pause-and-stab, pause-and-stab, you will defeat them, yes? Just don't forget to take coat.
Have some here, reasonable price.

Soooo many wonders I have for you still: Planescape: Torment EE, Shadowrun: Dragonfall, Age of Decadence, Lords of Xulima, Dex, and many many more! Come see!

If you like the games of roles, make sure to keep an eye on the shop this week, yes? New RPGs I will bring, fresh fresh fresh, barely touched by another soul. Very quality, yes.

The Weekly Sale Vol. 23 will last until July 24, 4PM UTC.
I have been thinking about buying Siege of Dragonspear. I wonder if 10€ is a good price for the game?

MadalinStroe: I fail to see how that invalidates my point. All JRPGs stem from Ultima and Wizardry.

Also you are clearly mistaken, I should know if Harold Ramis would have made an awesome reboot. You must be miss-remembering the Ghostbusters: The Video Game, to which I bow to your knowledge, because it could be considered the third Ghostbusters movie. ;)
All WRPGs also stem from those games.

Actually, your claim about all JRPGs stemming from Ultima and Wizardry isn't entirely true. I believe that the original SaGa took some ideas from some obscure table top RPG (I'm thinking Gamma World).

For the Ghostbusters comment, what about this movie, which I have actually seen?

I would say yes. I haven´t played through it yet, but from what I was able to see after installing it, it is worth more than 10€.
so I would go for it.

Siege of Dragonspear is one of those titles which will divide players, because of Beamdog, let that not stop from on playing the game and judging it on its own merit.

Original SaGa? The one I know about, was this GB version. Presumably not this one.

There must be something wrong with your link it doesn't seem to open properly.
Does anyone know if Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity works in widescreen (16:9) resolutions?
Ah, finally a reasonable discount for Siege Of Dragonspear. Time to complete my Baldur's Gate collection and finally see what the fuzz about these games is (almost 20 years late, but better late than never).
No time to play games and RPGs tend to be lengthy so no, nothing for me this week. A great promo nonetheless!

Yes, they support higher and widescreen resolutions. You can set the resolution outside of the games, in a config tool. The highest resolution I can set is 2560 x 1440. However, the menus in both games are still 4:3 and the font in the game gets rather small with higher resolutions.

Oh, thank you for your reply :D
Isn't there any mod/hack for making the fonts bigger?

You can increase font size in Divine Divinity - see here:

http://www.moddb.com/games/divine-divinity/downloads/font-enlargement-patch-dd-v200

I used this and it worked fine.

I have also recently completed Beyond Divinity at the same resolution (1440x900), but I didn't alter font size.

Yes.
After a quick look some not isometric games are Divinity 2, Dex and Kim.
Also if isometric here, means that a rotation angle is required (isometric projection does not require rotation by definition), there are many more.
Does anyone know if Planescape: Torment EE installer includes GOG Galaxy client? Thanks.
