11 Apple 10 TB XServe RAIDs sitting in an OVH data center outside of Paris, France.

Yes, it's old but I can still get drives for them.

On various external hard drives. Everything is kept in at least 2 places because these things do tend to fail every now and then.

I have 2 4T external HDDs I lost one last year because it fell.. so ya.. shit happens good to have backup and and extra backup.

Looking at adding o this middle of the year, possibly a nas in another place.
Oh and a few older hdds with previous timepoint backups.

Where? In my living room... where my main PC is.

1x 4 TB external drive for weekly backup of everything.
2x 2 TB (2.5") drives for offline backup/archiving.

That website we've all agreed to not link here (and I don't mean I upload things there -- they just maintain backups for me. 30 games updated yesterday and 65 today, ain't nobody got time for that).

There are only two things one needs to have backed up:
- your personal data (emails, saves, that novel you've been working on for 10 years)
- porn.
Everything else the interwebs can take care of.

I used to have them all backed up, along with all the mods, tweaks and other such things I thought were important. When I stopped gaming for a few years though I deleted it all, thinking I was done forever. Feel kind of dumb now, but thankfully everything has been easy to find so far. Probably need a bigger external before I back up GOG stuff again though.
