KasperHviid: I can recommend Nex Machina -- but only if you're a Galaxy user. The high score and visual upgrades are locked to your Gog account.

Her Story is pretty good, but my mind got distracted and I forgot about it when I was in the middle of deciding on the most efficient way to take notes.

Personally, I'm gonna get me some Slain which I missed at last sale.

fishbaits: What's this? Think I've missed something.
Achievements and leaderboards maybe? Also, I thought GOG was dead to you. :P

GOG.com: This is important, too: everyone who drops by GOG.com this Tuesday will come away with an absolutely, definitely, positively special something! If that sounds a bit odd, you'll just have to come and see.
I'm guessing a free game, which would definitely be nice. :) However old or AAA releases would be more interesting to me.

OdanUrr: Tomorrow's the big crash then?
Well, here is tomorrow for almost 5 hours.

And soon I'm going to be away from PC for 12 hours.

I really hope I won't miss or the worse, to forget that today is the special day. :-)

Oh it most definitely is long past resuscitation ;p

I was more curious about " and visual upgrades are locked to your Gog account. ", curious, confused. Same thing ;)
Dropped about seven bucks and picked up four interesting titles.

Looking forward to tomorrow's mystery.

Lucian_Galca: Intersate 82 is only 17% off which is really bad considering it's been on sale for way cheaper before. Is this gonna be the new norm for Activision here? -_-
Interstate '82 is not part of this sale. The 17% discount probably is the (permanent) series discount which you get when you already own Interstate '76.

Ah, I see. The wishlist wasn't showing series discounts before so I was confused lol.

This would be a whole lot easier to navigate the sale if you hadn't broken the 'show discounted' option on wishlists.
Maybe that "special something" is GOG finally came to their senses and have dedicated ten minutes of a single web developer's time to implement an account setting that will allow us to choose which installers we want for default downloads.

But of course that won't happen because GOG hates their customers.

Sigh... Is anything not broken on this website? In another thread somebody wrote that GOG as an employer is a safe haven for incapable web developers. At first I thought it was offensive, but, well..

It's working fine for me. What's going wrong when you try to use it?

Lucian_Galca: I would get Inquisitor at that sale price, but once again it's months behind in updates compared to the Steam version...

I'm also interested in getting Inquisitor, so thank you for linking that. The second to last post mentions that the devs' response is that the patch will be coming to GOG, even though delayed. So I'll still get it, considering the 90% deal, though I'll wait until Friday, when I suspect some new titles will be added to the sale.

I'm personally not optimistic we'll see that patch here given other newer games which have had their gog versions abandoned. I'm very cautious and now wait for awhile before I buy newer games on gog because of this.

There is wisdom to your position. I just looked through the Games that treat GOG customers as second class citizens GOGmix and unfortunately there are quite a few titles in that situation. I'll still get it though, and probably continue to do so until I get burned.

nightcraw1er.488: Is there a way of seeing what's in the sale?

uchristensen: https://www.gog.com/games?price=discounted&sort=title&page=1
even though it includes other discounted items as well.
So no sale page as is normally the case.
