I find it awesome that for 35$, you'll get the diagrams. But for 100$, you get the same diagrams but only after the project is patented.

Which makes so much sense that my head is about to explode.

welcome to the gaming of tomorrow where you'll be able to make, and play games, movies and music all with one engine. it'll only take about 2 months per project and you can publish your media locally or through cybermatrix galaxy to cybermatrix.com [website not yet developed].
http://www.cybermatrix.com/ does, however, seem to exist, and to be owned by a company that makes appointment booking software.
"the reason for the relaunch is because my didn't succeed. this time, i increased my project goal from $2,500 to $25,000. the reason for that is because my pre-project failed"

And I need a console that scans my integrated lifeform!
Honestly, I'm just glad I won't have to worry about dying in cyberspace. That was really a sticking point for me.
the 'galaxy attachment port' is the triforce

Well, it's about time someone found a way to efficiently uniformize all development times. Gone are the times when projects like Skyrim take many years to develop. A bright future is dawning.
How could anyone not back this???

It comes with a cyberstove. I'm sure you could use that to bake DRM-free pizza!

No crowd-funded idea seems more delusional than TimeWalk: Your Virtual Reality Playground. The link I am showing you is to their second attempt. They have their donations set up where you have to pay even if they don't reach their goal. Their idea is far too lofty. Their goal is far too high. Everything about this is all kinds of delusional at best and sketchy at worst.

Watch their pitch video. You'll have a hard time believing this is a real thing.

I do find it quite sad that people are so hopelessly dependent on a fictional narrative that they go and do insane shit like this.

It's like any thread or story about Valve will eventually have some idiot screaming about where Half-Life 3 is. It's just pathetic.

In the case of this KS, it's a safe bet there was a cease & desist from Valve. Rightfully so too.

Edit: I see Christopher James Butler brazenly claims to have been a developer with EA and with Valve. That's obviously a lie. My guess is that he's some basement-dwelling little teenage twerp.

Looks genuinely delusional. After the readwriteweb incident, I fully expect people to find out about a site where you can collect money for projects (w00t, really?) and just decide to have a fundraiser for HL3 because why not.
