This is what I call a trailer:

And in my opinion, it's one of the few self-proclaimed mature games that really stands out as a mature story.
Now where did I put my money for a PS3 and a Heavy Rain copy. I need it, too... :)
Looks fun and I already pre-ordered it (and even wasted money on shipping so that I would get it some time around release). But nothing has really struck me as "mature" about the story, from what I have seen.
If you want a mature game, play Sanitarium.

Yes, it's on my wishlist already. But I was talking about the mainstream games that self-advertise as mature games.

What mature recent games you guys recommend? Only games after the year 2000 and so.
why does everything in this look much better than Dragon Age? (not the game, just the graphics, models, etc...)
I wish I could play Mass Effect 1... but I EA don't seem to want to sell it in Japan...
(Jade Empire from the Steam sale is gonna have to do for now..... )

Me too, only in my case EA doesn't want me to play it due to the DRM hell they put it through. Does anyone know if the DRM has been patched out of it by now?
Also, that trailer for ME2 reminded me a lot of Advent Rising.
Simply epic. There are not many of these kind of games around right now. Tis a shame.
*squeals like a little girl*
Loved the first one. Can't wait to play the sequel, DRM or not.

Is ME2 slated to carry DRM on it? If so what type?
Thanks

It has not. You get 5 activations, but they've at least finally provided a revoke tool.
Faithful: as far as I'm aware, ME2 will have a simple disc check, same as Dragon Age.
But keep in mind there is the "hidden" DRM of the Cerberus Network and other DLC. Basically, it is the same thing with Dragon Age. EA is giving you incentive to activate (for all intents and purposes).

One question that I have:
How do I revoke activations on ME from Steam? Just uninstalling the game from the steam client automatically revokes one activation, or what?

IIRC, the only DRM the Steam version of Mass Effect uses is Steam.
