Pick from a selection of great games to unlock them!

This Week we're mixing things up: not only is there a vast selection of deals up to -85% to choose from, but spending money on them will score you more games for FREE!

There are three free games to unlock: Choose between Kyn, Tropico Reloaded, and Breach and Clear: Deadline Rebirth. The more you spend, the more games you get – spend $5 to pick one game, $10 for two games, and $15 to grab all three. If you're not paying in USD, these tiers are adjusted to your currency equivalents, with the exceptions of RUB, BRL, and CNY. Just remember that only purchases from this Weekly Sale are eligible.
Easy, right?

Now which games to buy, then? With so many good choices, that's going to be a tad more challenging, but we're here to help.
Fans of tactical gameplay should look no further than The Banner Saga or Hard West, whose delicious narrative perfectly envelops their crunchy turn-based core. If you prefer building and managing, it's probably a good time to discover the Tropico series, Dungeons 2, Port Royale, or Grand Ages: Medieval. For more out-of-the-box experiences, make sure to check out Oh Sir!...The Insult Simulator, Zombie Night Terror, Pathologic Classic HD, and the fiendishly fun Antihero, among others.

Both the Weekly Sale and the unlockables offer will last until September 18, 4 PM UTC.
All the purchases you complete throughout the sale will be calculated by us once it is over and count towards your free games.
The free games will be distributed via email starting on Tuesday, September 19th.
You'll get to pick the games of your choice through that same email.
I thought about getting Kyn Deluxe outright (since there's no upgrade path for some reason), but the price changed from $2.49 to $12.49. Which is the mistake? I'm guessing the former.

GR00T: Still seems to be something wonky with the pricing. I loaded up on three games and was shown a total of 14 bucks or so. Go to checkout and prices are all changed so the total is now 26 bucks. So... yeah. Not pulling the trigger as yet, until I can be sure of the actual pricing.

jrich3500: Yeah same here, I was going to buy amikrog for $3.69, i think thats what it was put in my cart now its like $9.69...Kyn was $1.99 now its $9.99.. Amikrog was the one i wanted though guess i shoulda been a little quicker on the draw before they fixed it cause it ain't worth $10 bucks IMO.
Prices for the entire Versus Evil catalog were readjusted upon the publisher's request. Apologies for the inconvenience.

No worries. I pulled the trigger anyway. Thanks for the reply, though! :)
Will re-buy the Cultures games. I have the GamersGate versions, but would prefer GOG's versions.

On the fence about Pathologic, it's an intriguing-looking game but I'm not sure how much I would actually enjoy it.

Oddeus: I´m afraid, the hairstyles shown in games and tv series like Vikings are pure fantasy or modern hairstyles. There wasn´t one people called Vikings. There were many different peoples with own culture and appearance, and some of them shaved the backs of their heads. But it was a more simple look then shown in the media.
Always bothers me when game designers adapt to the latest goofy real world ( fashion ) trends, just to maximize mainstream appeal, even when those trends look completely out of place within the game's setting.
Question:
I do own all three unlockable games already; ill i receive gift keys instead if i unlock any of them ? which kind of expiration date such keys would have, in such case ?

Thanx

Same question if i spend $ in a gift order...

Oh, I so wish to buy shadows: heretic kingdoms - is it worth the price?

(price differes from region to region, but let's say it's half the price now for my region).
"up to -90%"

Sadly all the good discounts are already gone.

This happened a few times this year. I totally understand the publisher, this sale was ridiculous in a good for consumers way and in a bad for them way.
I have a CD/DVD/whatever copy of Tropico 4. Can I add the digital DLC pack to it?

Recent GOG is very unprofessional.
Many promo adjust discounts AFTER hours or days.
Some games even got pulled from promo.
Nice deal but I think I'm almost done with buying new games. A few classics that may appear here - sure but others - not so much
In my case it would be purchasing games I don't want only to receive some freebies I don't need ;)

There are a few classics worth buying for that price, like Tropico Reloaded, Port Royale. I've never played Patrician, but I suppose this one may be too old/hard for me.

From newer titles, The Banner Saga is great, definitely. Unfortunately, it's not available for Linux here, so I've bought and played the game You Know Where (they offered Linux port).

A few other titles may be interesting, but only with Linux port available. I have got a lot of games delivered with native installers and I think I became a bit too lazy to fight with Wine configurations.

Do you know what are the real system requirements for Hard West? Looks very interesting, but I'm afraid I'd not be able to run it on my laptop with integrated graphics only. Witcher 1 is my hardware's top achievement so far ;)

Depends how much of income you have, but in absolute numbers 90% of GOG games produce excellent value for the price (if you consider how much is ticket to cinema or good meal in restaurant).

Anyway in the case of Heretic kingdoms - I would say it's worth the price, but I'm a bit biased (I know the devs personally).
